Buildings Rising
Construction continues to gather momentum at Palmyra West, with buildings in two corners of the site now rising above Level 1.
The team onsite is making strong progress using offsite-manufactured BubbleDeck floor panels and precast wall panels, helping to maintain a consistent pace of construction.
AUGUST 2026
Progress on site
This month, construction has progressed across all corners of the site.
A second crane is now onsite and lifting walls and BubbleDeck flooring into place in the south-west corner, as the undercroft carpark slab is completed and the first level of apartments begins to take shape.
Along McGregor Road, in-ground services and building footings are well advanced, with the first concrete slab pour expected shortly.
JULY 2026
Earthworks Completed
Construction at Palmyra is continuing to gather momentum, with bulk earthworks now complete and preparations well underway for the installation of in-ground services and the first ground floor slabs.
Meanwhile, the tower crane base has been prepared and is ready for its concrete pour, marking another significant milestone as the project gears up for the major structural works ahead.
